Old Banjara Indian Textile Galla
This is an old Banjara Indian textile known as a “Galla” that is used as a part of a woman’s
headpiece to cover the back of her neck. Approximately 14 x 10 inches. The textile is sewn on
handloomed deep red and blue cloth with applique work, cowries, and embroidery. Great
abstract imagery. Nice colors, in good condition. SOLD
