This is an old Banjara Indian textile known as a "Galla" that is used as a part of a woman’s
headpiece to cover the back of her neck. Approximately 14 x 10 inches. The textile is sewn on
handloomed red and deep blue indigo cotton cloth with applique work and embroidery. It's old
and in fair condition, a little ragged on the edges and few light stains.
