I’m selling a matched pair (that’s right, TWO) of beautiful old bullock decoration textiles from the
Kutchi region of India. Each one is identical and is approx. 51 x 56 inches. I’ve shown only one
in the photos. Both are identical in design and condition. They were used for festive occasions
such as weddings, festivals, parades, etc. The textiles are fine applique work and embroidery
in a satiny silky material. The designs are skillfully rendered. At the center top of the textile is a
fitted hump to fit over the animal’s shoulder hump. I’ve shown pictures of this hump. The
decorative covers are large, beautiful and vibrant textiles that will brighten up any wall create a
great visual impact. It’s somewhat unusual to find an exact matching pair, and I do not want to
split them up. Both of them are in mint condition with very little sign of use. I don’t think you’ll
see anything like this on ebay or anywhere else for a long time. $300 for the pair
